Our Email Filing system checks each team member’s inboxes every 5 minutes. When a matter-related email is identified, it is saved to the relevant system folder along with any attachments. Team member’s are notified when an email has been successfully saved.

The solution prevents duplicate  emails by checking if an email has already  been saved by another team member. It also respects data security by only saving emails that are relevant to the matter of the case.
